Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our service easily, including people with disabilities. The site has been adapted in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

What we have done

• Color contrast that meets the standard for all text and buttons.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• A proper heading structure and page landmarks for screen-reader users.
• Labels for form fields and for icon-only buttons.
• Language and text direction set for every page and for passages in another language.
• A responsive layout for all screen sizes, with text resizable up to 200% without loss of content.
• The site was tested with automated tools and by manual keyboard navigation.

Accessible service

Our service is provided remotely – by WhatsApp, email and phone – and we do not receive visitors at an office. If a particular channel works better for you, or you need an adjustment (for example a call instead of written messages, or documents in an accessible format), let us know and we will accommodate you.

Known limitations

Parts of the service run through third-party services, such as WhatsApp and US government websites, whose accessibility is outside our control. If you run into difficulty with one of them, we are happy to help through another channel.
