Since 2019 I’ve helped Israelis deal with US bureaucracy. Thousands of clients and hundreds of families later, I founded US Paperwork – so all of this has one address.
Why I founded US Paperwork
In the years I spent helping clients with the Embassy, I saw the same thing again and again: American families in Israel miss out on things they’re entitled to. Citizenship for their children through a grandparent, tax refunds of thousands of dollars a year, or simply a passport that arrives on time.
Not because it’s impossible – but because the paperwork is in bureaucratic English, the rules change every year, and there’s no one to ask without hearing “leave your details and we’ll get back to you”.
US Paperwork is my answer: a published price for every service, work done by the book, and a real person who answers you – me.

Are you affiliated with the Embassy or the US government?
No. US Paperwork is a private service that prepares and files documents for you. You can also file the forms yourself – we save you the time, the mistakes and the repeat trips.
Can you work with us from anywhere in Israel?
Yes. Everything is done remotely – WhatsApp, email and calls. When you need to go to the Embassy in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, we prepare you for the visit.
What happens to my personal documents?
They are stored in secure cloud services with restricted access, and used only to handle your case. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
What if my case is too complex?
We’ll tell you in the first conversation. Especially complex cases are quoted in advance, and if needed we’ll refer you to the right professional.
